How do we ensure there will be enough attendees on the day?

You let us know the number of contacts you'd like to engage with and our marketing and sales team will activate our internal channels to meet your criteria.

Do we have to do a pitch or presentation for the attendees?

You don't have to and this is completely dependent on how you'd like to engage and interact with attendees. Most dinner hosts will do a short 10-minute presentation.

How long do we need to put the dinner together?

The more time the better but as a minimum, we ideally need 6 weeks to be able to organize the operations side and ensure we get the best attendees to your dinner.

What is the typical level of attendees?

We have seen really engaged rooms of 15, and we've also seen really interactive rooms of 30 attendees.

Can this be a breakfast instead of a dinner?

Of course, breakfast, dinner, and lunch, we can cater to your needs. Most dinner hosts opt to do dinners to cater to attendees working day.
