We’re looking to identify who you think will be at the forefront of the customer success breakthroughs of 2025.

Whether it’s someone who’s a distinct thought leader on LinkedIn, a churn-crusher in their organization, or simply someone who is always lending a hand in our CSC Slack community, these are the trailblazers who we ought to keep an eye out for.

In our humble opinion, this special bunch is the future of customer success in 2025.

But we can’t do it without your help. Who do you want to see on our shortlist? Once the nominations are in, we’re going to carefully consider every application and reveal who we think will be the brightest CS professionals of next year.
