Whether it’s someone who’s a distinct thought leader on LinkedIn, a churn-crusher in their organization, or simply someone who is always lending a hand in our CSC Slack community, these are the trailblazers who we ought to keep an eye out for.
In our humble opinion, this special bunch is the future of customer success in 2023.
But we can’t do it without your help. Who do you want to see in our Customer Success Collective's 24 in 2024 report? Once the nominations are in, we’re going to carefully consider every application and reveal in our report who we think will be the brightest 24 CS professionals of next year.
